Allaire II maintains the outstanding overall turf performance, dark green genetic color and fine texture exhibited by Allaire.

Disease resistance has been improved dramatically, especially to leaf spot and crown rust. This makes Allaire II adaptable to areas of higher humidity where commonly occurring ryegrass diseases are prevalent. Allaire II also contains moderate amounts of Endophyte for increased pest resistance.

Allaire II has an exceptional tillering ability which forms a fine-leaved, very closely knit, carpet-like turf which will withstand heavy traffic.

This new ryegrass is very persistent in hot or cold weather extremes, and performs well on a wide range of soil types. The dark color and fine texture of Allaire II makes this ryegrass suitable for planting alone, or for blending with the darkest Kentucky bluegrass or fine leaved fescues.
