NTEP Dollar Spot Resistance
FORTITUDE (TL53) “strong” creeping red fescue is an advanced generation of fine fescue that answers the call for dark green, attractive low-maintenance turfs. With excellent spring green-up and summer density, FORTITUDE is a great choice for planting on golf course roughs, parks, slopes and even environmentally sensitive areas. It is exceptionally resistant to many turf diseases including leaf spot, dollar spot and red thread. FORTITUDE is very fine textured and can be mixed up to 40% with perennial ryegrass and kentucky bluegrass. The mowing quality is among the best, and fortitude can be planted in full sun.
