VIP 3 Salt Tolerant Blend

Decreasing availability for fresh water sources for golf courses has increased the usage of effluent water for irrigation. Since recycled water sources are usually high in saline, TMI has developed a blend of our three highest salt tolerant varieties to meet the needs of those customers who have to irrigate overseeded turf with effluent water.

Paragon was rated one of the most salt tolerant varieties in a University of Arizona trial. Independent studies have also shown that Manhattan 4, Paragon, and Pizzazz have nearly twice the survival rate to salinity as many other commercially available varieties!
