TMI has been selecting and refining its grower base for almost 3 decades. The finest Pacific Northwest grasses are cultivated and harvested from only the best fields on an annual basis. Since 60% of the world's supply of grass seed is produced in Oregon, it has become a natural gathering place for many cool season grasses which are processed and shipped all across the United States , Canada and more than 2 dozen foreign countries.

The use of "stack trains" to ship the grass seeds insures competitive freight rates to anywhere in the U.S. out of Oregon. Many trucks are combinations of Kentucky bluegrass, Perennial ryegrass, Tall Fescue, Fine Fescue and Creeping Bentgrass. TMI even has the ability to include some warm season grasses such as Bermuda and zoysia in its mixed loads. Expertly palletized and shrink- wrapped shipments are the norm.
